We hope you will love these accessories as much as we do! Like all delicate things, care must be given to ensure longer wear. Please read over our care guide before use. The general rule is, costume jewelry should be put on last and taken off first. If you have any additional questions, please contact us! 

Here are important tips to remember:

  • Keep jewelry away from water, lotion, perfume, and all other chemicals.

  • When jewelry is not worn, please keep in a jewelry box or pouch.

  • Do not use soap and water, or jewelry cleaner .

  • Always keep dry and away from humidity.

  • Clean with products made especially for costume jewelry.

 Although extremely rare, some people are allergic to the metals and finishes commonly used in making jewelry. It is the responsibility of the consumer to be aware of any allergies he or she may have to metals (gold, silver, etc.) or the oxidation applied to metals (liver of sulfur) prior to making a purchase. Because there is no way for us to know the medical history of our customers, QueenSolomonJewelsInc will not be held liable for any allergic reactions that may occur as a result of wearing our jewelry & Accessories. I placed my order, now what? 

Please allow 48 business hours for processing from the time when your order is placed to receive shipping information. Under unusual circumstances of extremely high volume, please allow up to 72 business hours of processing time. This excludes holidays and weekends.

You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number for your order via email.

 

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive it within the shipping time frames advertised, please make sure that your address is correct and includes all relevant or required information. The correct abbreviations, street numbers, apartment or suite numbers, etc..., are important to ensure proper delivery.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from QueenSolomonJewels, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund/exchange. Shipping charges that are delayed due to inclement weather are not refundable. All orders can only be shipped to the confirmed address. We are not responsible to change the address or name under any orders. QueenSolomonJewels will only ship to the address that matches the credit card or account. Once The Postal carrier confirms delivery WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PACKAGE. NO REFUNDS WILL BE FURNISHED FOR STOLEN GOODS. SO PLEASE USE AN ADDRESS THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS. MOST OF OUR PIECES ARE HANDMADE OR LIMITED. WE CAN NOT PROTECT YOUR PURCHASE ONCE THE CARRIER DELIVER IT.​

If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you have the option to make a return.

Please note - We only offers store credit at this time.

Here all the conditions and different options available so you can return your items.

CONDITIONS TO COMPLETE A RETURN

Returns must be handled within the established period:

  • The item(s) must be received in its original condition and form with all labels and packaging, including the "Do not remove this tag" tag. Items cannot be worn, altered, or damaged and must be free of any stains, odors or debris.

  • You must make the return in the same market/region where you made the purchase.

ONLY CLOTHING purchased from QueenSolomonJewels are eligible for store credit within 7 days delivery receipt.

Return items must be post-marked no later than 5 days from date of delivery in order to be eligible for credit.

Please note - Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the order is filed in error or marked defective.

Items that do not meet the aforementioned criteria will be returned to customer at the completion of a reshipment fee. Once this fee is completed, the denied returned item will be shipped back to customer.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of these items, returns and/or exchanges cannot be granted.  

RETURNS RECEIVED 

We will notify you via email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse.

Please note - Returns may take 3-10 business days to process upon delivery to our facility. Once your return is processed and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email from our team.

Items sent for return that are not eligible for store credit will be shipped back to customer once a reshipment fee has been completed.
